Disc golf legend Ken “The Champ” Climo, a 12-time PDGA Pro World Champion and one of the sport’s most recognizable figures, has embarked on an stimulating fresh chapter in his storied career. In a groundbreaking partnership with Discraft, Climo announced the launch of Climo Disc Golf, a standalone brand offering a full range of discs and equipment. For fans and players alike, this is a significant moment in the history of the sport, combining Climo's legacy with a fresh manufacturing partner in Discraft.
The journey to the massive reveal
The path to this announcement began in November 2024 when Climo announced its decision to leave Innova Disc Golf after over 26 years of partnership. Innova responded with a toasty appreciation to their longtime ambassador, sparking speculation in the disc golf community about Climo's next move.
Rumors began circulating in December Ultiworld Disc Golf proposed a deal between Climo and Discraft was in progress. In early January, the buzz grew louder when Discraft, in collaboration with a mysterious fresh account, began teasing fans with cryptic video clips on Instagram: Climate disc golf.
On Tuesday, January 14th, the speculation ended. It was officially announced that Climo and Discraft create together Climate disc golfa fresh independent brand. Climo Disc Golf also released a formal press release detailing how and when fans of the sport can expect to get their hands on the first-ever Climo Disc Golf molds.

Alongside this announcement, the first three disc shapes – Climo Skyway (Driver), Climo Bellair (Midrange) and Climo Champ (Putter) – have been revealed, set to launch alongside some fresh apparel now available from ClimoDiscGolf.com.
